At its core is a robust 23.5 HP Kohler gasoline engine featuring EFI and Miller’s Advanced Auto-Speed™ control, which dynamically adjusts RPM between roughly 2,400 and 3,600 based on load. With Excel™ Power, you gain up to 2,400 W of 120 V pure sine-wave auxiliary power at idle, ideal for tools, lights or chargers without revving the engine. The Trailblazer 330 platform provides up to 330 A DC weld output and up to 12,000 W peak / 10,500 W continuous generator output—giving you the muscle to weld and run tools simultaneously. It supports full multiprocess welding—Stick (SMAW), DC TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW) and Air Carbon Arc (CAC-A)—with a digital interface, built-in ArcReach® capability, and direct-connect spool-gun compatibility for aluminum MIG.
