At its core is a reliable 23.5 HP Kohler gasoline engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and Advanced Auto-Speed™ control. The engine automatically adjusts between roughly 2,400–3,600 rpm to match load, reducing noise, fuel use, and wear. EFI provides faster, more reliable starts in any weather (no choke) and improved performance across temperature and altitude. An electric fuel pump is standard on EFI models for better high-altitude operation.

With Excel™ Power, you can run up to 2,400 W of 120 V pure sine-wave power at idle—perfect for lights, chargers, and small tools without revving the engine. The integrated Battery Charge/Crank Assist capability supplies approximately 150 A battery charging and up to 300 A crank assist to help start equipment in the field and minimize downtime.

The Trailblazer 330 platform provides 330 A DC weld output and up to 12,000 W peak / 10,500 W continuous generator power. It supports full multiprocess welding — Stick (SMAW), DC TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), and Air Carbon Arc (CAC-A) (up to 1/4″ carbons). A digital interface simplifies setup with clear output readouts and maintenance alerts, and ArcReach® compatibility lets you adjust parameters from the weld joint through the leads. The compact enclosure is lighter and smaller than previous models for easier truck-bed installs.
