The Miller Trailblazer 330 (907832006) delivers professional welding performance and strong generator output in a compact, fuel-efficient package. This configuration combines Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) for smoother starts and better fuel economy, Excel™ Power for 120 V idle power, plus Polarity Reversing and Wireless Remote Control for faster, safer setup and job-site flexibility.

At its core is a dependable 23.5 HP Kohler gasoline engine with Advanced Auto-Speed™, automatically adjusting between ~2,400–3,600 rpm to match load—reducing noise, fuel use, and wear while maintaining output. EFI eliminates choke adjustments and helps deliver consistent performance across temperatures and elevations; EFI models also include an electric fuel pump to improve high-altitude operation.

Excel™ Power supplies up to 2,400 W (20 A) of 120 V pure sine-wave power at idle so you can run lights, chargers, and small tools quietly without revving the engine. Polarity Reversing streamlines switching between electrode positive and negative for different processes/consumables, minimizing re-cabling and reducing setup time. With the Wireless Remote Control, you can start/stop and adjust settings away from the machine—cutting trips, idle time, and fuel burn.

The Trailblazer 330 platform provides 330 A DC weld output and up to 12,000 W peak / 10,500 W continuous generator power. It supports Stick (SMAW), DC TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), and Air Carbon Arc (CAC-A) up to 1/4″ carbons. You also get a modern digital interface, ArcReach® compatibility for parameter control at the weld via the leads, and direct-connect spool-gun capability for aluminum MIG without an external control box.
