At its core is a robust 23.5 HP Kohler gasoline engine featuring EFI and Miller’s Advanced Auto-Speed™ control, which dynamically adjusts RPM between roughly 2,400 and 3,600 based on load. This means quieter operation, lower fuel consumption, and longer engine life—with full welding and generator output when you need it.

With Excel™ Power, you gain up to 2,400 W of 120 V pure sine-wave auxiliary power at idle, ideal for tools, lights or chargers without revving the engine. The built-in Battery Charge/Crank Assist capability provides approximately 150 A battery charging and up to 300 A crank assist, allowing you to keep fleets and equipment moving in the field.

The Trailblazer 330 platform provides up to 330 A DC weld output and up to 12,000 W peak / 10,500 W continuous generator output—giving you the muscle to weld and run tools simultaneously. It supports full multiprocess welding—Stick (SMAW), DC TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW) and Air Carbon Arc (CAC-A)—with a digital interface, built-in ArcReach® capability, and direct-connect spool-gun compatibility for aluminum MIG.
